Cottage Availability:
Vacation Rental Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
- $195 per night, based on single/double occupancy.
- The cottage comfortably accommodates a single or double occupancy.
- Two nights minimum stay.
- Current Hawaii State Taxes (13.416%) will be added to all rates.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Cash and Travelers Checks are accepted if arranged in advance.

Vacation Rental Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
- Reservation is honored at time of confirmation.
- Credit cards will be processed 30 days before arrival date for full amount.
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be refunded less 15%.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date, payment will be forfeited unless dates can be re-booked.
- No refunds for cancellations during holiday times.
